I hope you’re all well and that your Chinese New Year is full of good Chinese food.
All is well in my hood. Been busy with a few projects, one of which is producing and composing for a grand stage show with dancers from Ballet Jazz de Montreal… Approximately 20 musicians and dancers will take to the stage for this spectacle sometime in the summer, 2012… more details to come.
I’m also currently producing and composing music for an app of the children’s book, Monkeys in My Kitchen, by well-known Canadian author Sherri Fitch. It’s been an interesting and cool project and the development team at Organism and the publishing company Nimbus have been awesome to work with.
In a couple of days I’ll be hitting the high road and spending some time in S.E. Asia to write some songs, surf, explore, and hopefully eat some good Chinese food myself. I’ll be wrapping up my travels with two festivals in Beijing and Shanghai, China, in March. More details to come…
